• We handcraft each custom piece with care. Please allow up to 15 business days (Monday - Friday) for its production. Once completed, your order will be shipped using your chosen shipping method at checkout.
• Orders over $50 receive free shipping.
• Orders under $50 will be charged for shipping costs depending on your chosen delivery method. Full prices and speed options will be displayed at checkout. 

• During holidays and high-volume sales periods, order processing and shipping times may be longer than usual. Please allow a few extra business days for your order to be shipped.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our custom jewelry, we do not offer exchanges or cancellations once production has begun (24 hours after order placement). For cancellations that meet our policy, we're happy to issue store credit for a future purchase.
